Terms

The basic terms for using Drops to automate replies, deliver drops, and manage connected social channels.

Use of the service

Drops provides automation tooling for social media accounts. By using the service, you agree to follow the terms and policies of every platform you connect, including Instagram, Meta, TikTok, and any other channel you connect.

You are responsible for the automations, replies, links, files, and drops sent from your workspace.

Your data and end users

You control the connected accounts and the people you reach through Drops. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to message those end users, for honouring their requests, and for following each platform's rules. For end-user conversation data we act as your data processor and handle it only to provide the service.

How we collect, use, protect, and retain data is described in our privacy policy.

Acceptable use

You must not use Drops to send spam, harass people, impersonate others, collect data unlawfully, or violate platform rules. We may pause or suspend workspaces that abuse the service or put connected channels at risk.

Availability

The service is provided as-is. Automations may be affected by platform API changes, permission issues, rate limits, outages, or other events outside our control.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Drops is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms are posted means you accept the new terms.
