Data deletion

How to delete your Drops account and the data we hold from your connected channels.

Delete a connected channel

Open the channel under Channels and choose Disconnect. We revoke the access token at the platform and permanently delete the channel along with its stored tokens, automations, message threads, and delivery history. This happens immediately, not on a delay.

Delete your whole account

To delete your entire workspace, email admin@latentsupply.com from the address you signed up with. We revoke every connected channel's access token and permanently erase your channels, automations, drops, message threads, and activity logs. We keep only the limited billing records we are legally required to retain.

Requests from a platform

If you remove Drops from a platform such as Instagram or TikTok, that immediately revokes our access to your account there. To also erase any data we already stored, email admin@latentsupply.com and we delete it.

What gets deleted

Deletion covers connected account metadata, stored access and refresh tokens, profile information, automation rules, drops, message threads, delivered replies, and activity logs tied to your account. Stored tokens are encrypted at rest the entire time we hold them. Deletion does not affect content that already lives on the social platform itself, which you manage through that platform.
